Fitting that the episode that served as the Season 1 finale is one of the all-time best, and certainly the most surprising. First, Emily has skipped town, stolen some money from the Midnight Barbecue, and high-tailed it to Baltimore with a felon ex-boyfriend. Then, "Mountain Rock" band 6 Day Bender comes in studio for a performance, and brings their drummer, Will Henneberg, along. Except, as the hosts should have learned that morning from Emily, nothing is as it seems. Let's just say, the band out-barbecued the barbecue...and earned an all-time place in the show's Hall of Fame.
